Dances: walz, fox trot, tango (also international tango), humppa, jenkka, polka, masurkka, fusku, jive. Also basics in salsa, cha cha and rumba.

It is possible to arrange a course program (individual/group) according to your wishes.

The Tibetan Rites
The rites are simple but effective physical exercises.
These five rites give strength and elasticity for stiff muscles and joints and it’s believed that they make you feel younger.

I’ve noticed myself that the rites have given strength to the muscles of upper part of the body and my posture had become better.Pilates is a new form of exercise. Pilates makes it easier to use the muscles and improves the elasticity of the body, which benefit your dancing, too. When practising both Pilates and dance together you can well develop your balance and motoric skills.
You can combine the Tibetan rites with dance lessons.
For example a group can start dance lessons with Tibetan rites.
